Hi there and welcome to Northwest Commercial.

My name is David Carter and I am a Director of the company.

You will be hearing from me regularly, on various subjects from commercial loans to investment strategies to general economic commentary.

I will start by giving you an indication of what we are all about at Northwest.

We started this company in 2001 and in that time have built relationships with thousands of referrers and hundreds of property developers.

Our aim is to take some of the angst out of securing commercial finance, whether it be for a small property acquisition or a large property development. We strive to provide you with the right loan at the right price with the minimum of fuss.

This is how Northwest has gone about business for the last 20 years and we have no intention of changing anytime soon!
